“Amy has been such a great help in restoring our sleep! She supported us through our sleep plan with Oscar every step of the way and we are now all on the way to enjoying a good nights sleep!
Before contacting Amy I was the only person who put Oscar down for naps and nights, spent hours rocking, shushing, resettling day and night and sleeping in an armchair as this seemed the only way we could get Oscar to sleep while sacrificing my own sleep needs.
Oscar is now able to settle himself to sleep without any assistance from anyone, resettle himself day & night and take good naps.
